Short Skirts are In

And I really, really love this short skirt.  It may be the short skirt in the history of skirts!  Is there any chance we can somehow make this the fashion trend for the summer of 2013?  We have a few months to work on this and make my dream into reality!  Short, short, mini, mini skirts for all the Ladies in 2013.
